If you opt for monthly payments, your credit card will be automatically charged on your renewal date each month. Annual Payments are made in one payment upon activation date in advance.

Annual memberships are for a 12-month commitment. Early cancellations are not permitted unless under specific exceptions outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

Monthly Memberships can be cancelled at any time by providing written notice (via email to memberships@visitfairgrounds.com) or in-person at your Club at least 7 days before your next renewal date. No refunds will be issued for the current month.

Your Leaside membership is valid across all Fairgrounds locations. All other club memberships are only valid at their specific club. Wherever you want to play, your membership perks go with you.

No problem—you’ll still get rewarded for playing more:

• Play Members: 10% off additional court bookings for the rest of the month‍
• Play More Members: 15% off additional court bookings for the rest of the month

• Play Membership: 10% off any additional court bookings and 20% off pro shop
• Play More Membership: 15% off all open play bookings and 20% off pro shop
• Play Unlimited Membership: 20% off pro shop

Each session is equal to one hour of court time. If you're booking a court for four players (including yourself), the total cost will be split equally. For example, at Leaside, the hourly rate is $60. Your share ($15) is covered by your membership if you apply one of your allocated play passes. Your friends will pay their own portions when added to the booking—make sure they have a payment method added to their accounts.

We offer Monthly, 6 month commit, and Annual Memberships for both Pickleball and Padel. Each comes with varying court time allocations, discounts, and booking privileges. You can choose the plan that fits your playing style and frequency.

The fee covers a 12-month term. Pricing and structure may be reviewed after your first year. Future renewals are not guaranteed at the same rate.

The investment is varies by club but offers more than 40% in  savings with no additional court or enrollment fees.
