If you opt for monthly payments, your credit card will be automatically charged on your renewal date each month. Annual Payments are made in one payment upon activation date in advance.

Annual memberships are for a 12-month commitment. Early cancellations are not permitted unless under specific exceptions outlined in our Terms and Conditions.

Monthly Memberships can be cancelled at any time by providing written notice (via email to memberships@visitfairgrounds.com) or in-person at your Club) at least 7 days before your next renewal date. No refunds will be issued for the current month. 

Yes! Your Leaside membership is valid across all Fairgrounds locations. Wherever you want to play, your membership perks go with you.

No problem—you’ll still get rewarded for playing more:

• Play Members: 10% off additional court bookings for the rest of the month‍
• Play More Members: 15% off additional court bookings for the rest of the month

Every month, you’ll receive one free guest pass, which lets you invite a guest to any open play session at no charge. That includes programs like Ruler of the Court, Friday/Saturday Night Socials, Seniors 55+ Open Play, and more.

• Play Membership: 2 free programming passes per month (e.g. Open Play, Ruler of the Court, Speed Pickle, etc) Programming does not include coaching or clinics.‍
• Play More Membership: 4 free programming passes per month (e.g. Open Play, Ruler of the Court, Speed Pickle, etc) Programming does not include coaching or clinics.

Each session is equal to one hour of court time. If you're booking a court for four players (including yourself), the total cost will be split equally. For example, at Leaside, the hourly rate is $60. Your share ($15) is covered by your membership if you apply one of your allocated play passes. Your friends will pay their own portions when added to the booking—make sure they have a payment method added to their accounts.
